This journey starts with visiting Idube Game Reserve located in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. After 3 day of safari bliss guests will be driven in the South of the Kruger to Lukimbi Safari Lodge for another 2 nights of bush experience.

Day 1 & 2 Johannesburg to Idube Game Reserve
On arrival at OR Tambo Airport – Johannesburg, you are met and transferred to Federal Air private lounge and depending on your flight option you will depart either at 10h30 OR 12h30.
On arrival at Ulusaba airstrip, you will be welcome by the lodge’s team and driven to the lodge, where you will be welcome once again by a member of the management.
Enjoy a refreshing drink while completing check in procedures. Once you are settled into your chalet, depending on your arrival time enjoy lunch or afternoon tea.
Idube Game Lodge is known for its Superb wildlife viewing. Guests are pretty much guaranteed to see the Big Five – and if you haven’t yet seen the elusive leopard, this is definitely the place to come!
Guests visiting Idube Game will be treated to morning and afternoon/early evening game drives
Between game drives, bush walks are offered with an experienced armed tracker (these walks are subject to availability). Knowledgeable guides and local trackers will lead you on guided nature walks through the heart of the bush, revealing some of nature’s most closely guarded secrets. You will have a chance to experience the African bushveld close-up as you tread past intriguing plants, smaller creatures such as birds, reptiles, insects and tiny mammals.
After enjoying refreshing sundowners in the lush bush during the afternoon Game drives, back at the lodge for a delicious dinner served under the African stars – weather permitting – or in the dining room. It is time to discuss the day highlights and swap stories with fellow guests.

Day 3 & 4 Idube Game Reserve to Lukimbi Safari Lodge
Wake up to the hissing of hundreds of crickets preparing for a warm bush day, enjoy tea or coffee together with muffins, rusks …. before setting off on your last morning game drive in the Sabi Sands
Return to the lodge and seat for a hearty breakfast followed by check out procedures before being transferred by road to Lukimbi Safari Lodge.

When not tracking the fascinating wildlife of the Kruger National Park, enjoy lazing beside the swimming pool or browsing the curio shop for African souvenirs of your Kruger tour.
The evening will be rounded off with dinner in the boma around a roaring African fire or in the dining area. It is time to discuss the day sighting with fellow guests and plan for the next morning game drive with your ranger.
Day 5 Departure
You still have one last morning game drive today to spot the animals you might have missed and then there is time for a scrumptious brunch before completing check out procedures. Bid farewell to the Kruger National Park as your 5-day Kruger Combo Safari journey comes to an end. Board on the transfer vehicle to be driven to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport for onwards private arrangement.
