ITINERARY 1 – Luxury Option

Day 1 Cape Town

Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport collect your car rental and drive right in the heart of the V&A Waterfront at The Table Bay Hotel where you will be spending the next 4 Nights exploring the many faces of “the Mother City”.  The rest of the day is at leisure to unwind.

The Table Bay Hotel, located on Cape Town’s Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, straddles the antique breakwater and is an architectural masterpiece, capturing the essence of the enchanting Cape, the Victorian elegance of yesterday, combined with the contemporary design of today. Day 2-4 Cape Town

The next 3 days are dedicated to exploring Cape Town considered as one of Africa’s best destinations. Perched between the ocean and the mountain, with a national park as its heart, there is nowhere like Cape Town, a city with a cultural heritage spanning more than 300 years.

There is so much to see and do in Cape Town. Below are suggestions of day tours and activities that you can partake during your stay.

Cape Town City Tour and Table Mountain. Visit the top of Table Mountain by cableway, for the most spectacular views in Africa.

Full day Cape Peninsula Tour where the Indian and Atlantic oceans meet. This is a scenic drive along the Cape Peninsula with opportunities to see seals at Hout Bay, penguins at Boulders Beach, baboons at Cape Point, and of course the spectacular coastline and scenery of the peninsula

Cape Winelands Full Day tour to explore one of the most beautiful and famous winelands districts in the world and discover top-class wines, locally produced cheeses. Have wine tasting at different wine estates

Day 5 – 7 Cape Town to Kruger National Park

After days of discovering all that cosmopolitan Cape town has to offer, this morning, drop off your hire car at Cape Town Airport and board onto your flight to Eastgate Airport (Hoedspruit).

On arrival you will be met and transferred to Makanyi Private Lodge where you will be staying in a luxury Suite with All meals, 2 Games Drives daily and drinks.

Makanyi Private Lodge nestled in the wildlife rich, Big Five Timbavati Private Game Reserve of South Africa’s Greater Kruger National Park region.

Day 8 Full Day Panorama Tour – White River

After 4-day of Kruger safari bliss, this morning enjoy a panorama day tour of the Blyde River Canyon and other spectacular natural wonders

South Africa is usually considered as a “world-in-one-country “and today you will bear witness to this as we depart after breakfast to visit the breath-taking Panorama Route.

The Panorama route is a beautiful winding road situated on top of the magnificent Drakensberg Mountains which is the longest and largest mountain range in South Africa.

Highlights:

God’s Window is a beautiful viewpoint on the edge of the mountain range.

Lisbon Waterfalls and the Berlin Waterfalls are two beautiful falls with an interesting history.

The Blyde River Canyon is the third largest canyon in the world and the biggest all-green canyon in the world.

Bourke’s Luck Potholes is where two rivers meet and a truly spectacular sight!

Day 9 & 10 Victoria Falls

After a leisurely breakfast you will be transferred to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport to connect with your flight to Livingstone Airport in Zambia.

On arrival, you will be met and transferred The Elephant Camp, your base for the next 2 days while exploring “Mosi-oa-Tunya”. Your stay is in a Suite room

Day 13 Depart Kasane

Enjoy a morning cruise during breakfast for your last chance to spot and take more memorable pictures. Bid a reluctant farewell to the crew before making your way via tender boat to the Namibian Immigration Office. Once you’ve had your documents stamped, you’ll be transferred via tender boat to the Kasane Immigration Office, where you’ll have your documents stamped once again before entering Botswana. Connect with your transfer to Kasane airport for your direct flight to Johannesburg and back home.

Itinerary 2 – Premier Option

Day 1 Cape Town

Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport collect your car rental and drive to Three Boutique Hotel where you will be spending the next 4 Nights exploring all that Cosmopolitan Cape Town has to offer. As you drive toward the city, your view from afar will be Table Mountain, one of the most spiritual places on earth, with its heart, two oceans and the beautiful city of Cape Town at its feet.

The rest of the day is at leisure to unwind and get ready for your first adventure the following day.

Three Boutique Hotel is centrally located in the heart of City Bowl on the slopes of Table Mountain, in a lovely quiet and peaceful suburb Oranjezicht on the border of Gardens. It is just a stone’s throw away from the Gardens Shopping Centre, which includes restaurants, banks, supermarkets and several fashionable boutiques. Guests are also within easy reach of the Table Mountain cableway, the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town International Convention Centre, Green Point Stadium, and Camps Bay and Clifton beaches.

Day 5 – 7 Cape Town to Kruger National Park

After days of discovering all that cosmopolitan Cape town has to offer, this morning drop your car rental at Cape Town International Airport and fly to the Kruger National Park for a world class safari experience. On arrival at Eastgate Airport (Hoedspruit) you will be met and transferred to Simbavati Hilltop Lodge where you will be staying in a luxury Tent with All meals, 2 Games Drives daily and drinks.

Simbavati Hilltop Lodge is located in the 53 000-hectare world renowned Timbavati Private Game Reserve which shares an unfenced border with the Kruger National Park and where wildlife roams freely. However, Timbavati Private Game Reserve is famous for its big cats and particularly its residents “white lions”. Currently over 40 mammal species are listed as residents in the Timbavati, including the Big 5 with great leopard sightings, as well as endangered species including wild dogs and cheetah. There is an abundance of bird life, with a total of 360 species of bird listed.

With only 8 pavilion-style luxury tents quests are guaranteed of personalized service.

Guests visiting Simbavati Hilltop Lodge will be treated to early morning and late afternoon/evening game drives conducted in open 4 X 4 Land Rovers and led by qualified and experienced Rangers

The cooler morning temperatures mean that the game in the reserve is often more active, and the softer light makes for great images. As with early morning, the evening game drive is also the best time to see the wildlife. The predatory animals begin to stir from their heat-of-the-day slumber, and similarly, their prey become ever more active and alert as darkness falls. Vehicles usually return just before dark in time for a shower, pre-dinner drinks and then dinner. The evenings are often rounded off with a few drinks around the campfire, warming toes, swapping safari stories and planning the next morning game drive with your ranger.
