This 6 Day Victoria Falls & Chobe Package allows visitors to see the majesty of the Victoria Falls and the many Elephants of Chobe National Park. It combines the spectacular scenery, hours of fun and adrenalin-pumping adventure activities and wonder of the Falls with excellent game viewing at a premier national park in Botswana.
Accommodation in Victoria Falls is at the very popular Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, a classy lodge with wonderful views over its own waterhole and the national park beyond. Here you’ll get to see and experience this magnificent waterfall and all the activities that are available from sunset cruises to bungee jumping and everything in between.

In the Chobe area, accommodation is at the small and luxurious Ngoma Safari lodge, which is on a private concession on the western boundary of the park, far from the throngs of tourists in the east, allowing for a more intimate Safari experience.
Day 1: Victoria Falls
Guests to find their way to OR Tambo Airport for a mid-morning direct flight to Victoria Falls Airport.
Board on British Airways, Air Botswana, Fast Jet or SAA departing OR Tambo between 10h25 and 11h25 and arriving at Vic Falls Airport between 12h00 and 13h20.
On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport you will be welcome by our representative and transferred to the lodge. Once you have checked into the lodge and enjoyed a refreshing drink, unwind before your first adventure of your journey.
Accommodation is at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge in a waterhole facing room on Full Board & Activities.
In the afternoon embark on a Sunset Cruise seating at the Luxury deck aboard the Zambezi Explorer.
Cruise above the Victoria Falls and take in the dramatic colours of the sunset. Look out for pods of Hippos and if you are lucky wildlife coming down to drink at the water’s edge. Savour a refreshing drink and some of the delectable finger snacks provided. As the sun slips below the horizon you will head back to the hotel. (Breakfast and snacks Included)
In the evening you will be picked up and taken to an ethnic restaurant for a traditional dinner in a Boma. Live traditional entertainment will be provided creating a memorable cultural experience.
Day 2: Victoria Falls
After a leisurely breakfast guests will be picked for a guided tour of the Falls: the “Smoke that thunders”. Your guide will tell you about the myth and history surrounding it. Stop at the “Big tree” a giant Baobab for photographs. Go on a scenic walk through the tropical rainforest that is there by virtue of the spray from the Falls. After the tour you will be taken back to the lodge where you will enjoy a Vulture culture lunch at the renowned Makuwa-Kuwa Restaurant (Table D’hôtel)
The afternoon is at leisure to explore the many activities that Victoria Falls has to offer such as Elephant Back Safari, walking with the lions, highwire activities including the flying fox, the zipline and the gorge swing … or just visit the African craft market to shop some souvenir gifts.
Dinner is at Makuwa-Kuwa Restaurant (Table D’hôtel)
Day 3: Victoria Falls – Chobe National Park
On the third day of your safari, after a delicious breakfast you will check out and be driven to the border where you will complete immigration. Following a scenic route through the Chobe National Park you will be driven to your lodge. Keep a look out for Sable, Elephant and other wildlife. Upon your arrival you will be welcomed and given a cooling drink.
Accommodation is at Ngoma Safari Lodge on Fully Inclusive in a private luxury river-facing suite.
Freshen up and get ready for lunch. Tuck in to a tasty lunch before relishing some relaxation time. In the late afternoon there will be a high tea before you go on an afternoon game drive on the private concession with sundowners at a surprise spot.
Dinner is a 3-course meal under the stars, accompanied by drinks.
Day 4: Chobe National Park
Wake up to a satisfying breakfast before heading off for a morning game drive through Chobe National Park to Kasane, where you will start your river cruise on the Chobe River. This 3-hour cruise along the Chobe River, will give you a chance to see elephants playing and swimming in the water or simply enjoying the green grass found along the banks. Pods of hippos will be dispersed amongst the elephants and you will find yourself not knowing which way to look. Wildlife of all descriptions can be seen coming to drink at the water’s edge in great numbers.
After spotting game on the Chobe River, you will take a late afternoon game drive back through the park to Ngoma Safari Lodge. This is the time for spotting the cats as they start to move after the heat of the day, often looking for their prey.
In the dry season Chobe is known for its large herds of Elephants, and you may see several herds coming down to drink. Keep an eye open for predators such as Lion and Leopard and the rare Wild Dog. As the sun begins to set, your guide will stop off in a scenic spot, and you will enjoy sundowners and snacks. You will then return to the lodge.
Freshen up after the long day – before dining on the deck under the stars.
Day 5: Chobe National Park
Today you can choose from a morning walking safari on the private concession or a game drive into the Chobe National Park.
Back to camp for lunch and to enjoy some time out on your private deck with your own plunge pool. You can decide to relax and pampered yourself with spa treatments or enjoy the wonderful view over the flood plain, littered with Wildlife.
However, if you are feeling active and don’t want to miss out then finish off the day with an afternoon and/or night game drive on the lodge’s private concession.

Day 6: Chobe National Park – Kasane Airport
On your last day at Ngoma, enjoy breakfast after which the check – out procedure is completed before being transferred to Kasane Airport.
